2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information during transactions.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for property transactions.
• Fulfill all financial obligations related to transactions within the agreed timeframe.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations governing property transactions in Dubai.

4. Agency Relationship

• Exclusive Listings: If you authorize us as your exclusive broker, you agree not to engage any other broker for the same property during the exclusivity period.
• Non-Exclusive Listings: If no exclusivity agreement is signed, you may work with multiple brokers.
• Commission: Our brokerage fee is governed by the terms of the agreement signed between you and Aimal Mazidi Real Estate LLC. Typically, our standard commission rate aligns with RERA guidelines.

5. Fees and Payments

• Brokerage fees, where applicable, will be clearly communicated in agreements.
• Payments must be made in full by the due date specified in your agreement with us.
• Late payments may incur additional charges, as outlined in your agreement.

6. Property Listings

• We strive to ensure that all property information is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings provided by third-party property owners.
• Listings may be removed or modified without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by Aimal Mazidi Real Estate LLC or licensed for our use.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We act as intermediaries in property transactions and are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from property defects, disputes, or misrepresentation by property owners.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the transaction in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
